All prices stated are excluding VAT and postage.

The Metal Clay Guarantee

The PMC Studio offers a Metal Clay Guarantee for all Precious Metal Clay and Creative Metal Clay purchased from The PMC Studio or any of its official stockists. Should any clay prove to be faulty you can return it within 6 months of purchase. Returned items must be in their original packaging and include any unused/fired clay.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return a non-faulty item purchased on-line or over the phone, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or full refund. To request a refund you should request an exchange or refund within 7 working days in writing.

Please note our Return Policy excludes made to measure products, unsealed DVDs, books and sale items.

Proof of Purchase

If you return an item to The PMC Studio a copy of the invoice is required.

Conditions of returns

All items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged Goods

Deliveries via courier should be opened and checked before being signed for especially when receiving kilns or tumblers.

In the unlikely event that you receive your order and items are missing or damaged, please contact us immediately by calling 01494 774428 or via email at info@thepmcstudio.com. Damaged goods will be replaced and items missing from orders will be replaced. All claims need to be made within 7 days.

Personal Data

All personal information received by The PMC Studio is treated confidentially. By submitting personal information you agree to The PMC Studio processing your personal information. We do not store payment details.

Payments made on-line are handled by a secure and trusted external payment source. Any personal date given to The PMC Studio is kept confidential and we do not supply any information to third parties. This includes information provided when registering for The PMC Studio newsletter and Fine Silver magazine.
